My journey being an artist started in Elementary school, social studies homework assignments and entering The Young Authors Contests I was then able to be more creative with drawing. Took art class my first two pictures were a self-portrait and Kentucky Derby theme, Horses running in background, one close up horse in foreground with hot air balloons in the sky with a few clouds. Thats when my art teacher suggested to my parents to get me into an art school.
As a hobby I drew for classmates in Middle School. Few years after enrolled in (Art Instruction Schools) entered many of their contests and others, Miniature Contest as well, in Graphite or Colored pencils art papers then decided to try something different in acrylic. This is when One of my pictures Won, it was an Acrylic Design of a Lion on Black Stonehenge Paper.
My inspiration to move forward with art comes from my uncle Raymond. He would draw flowers and birds on envelopes in colored pencil, they looked amazing! I'm sure he still got it! Also, Family and Friends.
Many artists I've came across during my first venture, DeviantArt and searching the web seeing many other talents.

The Style of art in Acrylic comes from looking at Reptiles skin pattern and bird feathers, how they overlap each other, and the many colors each animal has. Having pet Turtles from the age of 9 up until mid 30's and many Parakeets helped in many ways. My first Painting entered in the Art Instruction Schools was a Lizard, many shades of colors and shapes.
My Pencil Art Where it all began tried different art papers, tools etc. Up until this year 2024 decided to give Canvas a try always loved drawing Details, Features, Patterns in Clothes, it was all about the detail for me how far can I go with adding more detail to this Beard, Eye, Dress etc. I was hooked!
